Better maps #22

Lots of maps don't work over HTTPS. Would be good to work w/ a curated subset, maybe the living atlas

Turns out most of the living atlas maps have layers that require an ArcGIS Online account to view - and I think that will be a turn off for the casual audience for this example app, but at least it doesn't appear to be broken. Also the identity manager widget requires a dojo theme.
