Updated deaths for 2020-04-20 & 2020-04-21

No Case numbers for 2020-04-21 - this would introduce the only blank case in the file if changed

Hi Tom, I got them from Darran Marshall's twitter account - https://twitter.com/DarranMarshall See the pinned thread. He's a BBC Northern Ireland journalist who gives a daily count for Northern Ireland each day.

I know you were using the daily reports from https://twitter.com/healthdpt & when NI tried to move to the dashboard format some days were lost
