Thank you for publishing this data in such a useful form!

Following the datasette docs, this PR adds the datasette-vega plugin.

This allows users of the datasette instance to create very simple charts of query results. For example:

Great addition - thanks @j4mie! How did you generate the graphs? Might be useful to add a note explaining how to do that.

Happy to share this once I've done a bit more work on it. Any preference on how/where?
