Migration from SCM to Cloudera Manager: Add "Cloudera Manager" naming througout, deprecating "SCM" text #7

(Files SCM-text should be removed at a later date, but are preserved for now for compatibility.)

WARNING: I have not integration-tested these changes! I am still using the "scm"-based stuff myself, since cloudera manager is available behind that name.

It is totally understandable if you decline/postpone the pull request until I have actually launched a cluster using this code.
