add project lifeline - when files are created #20

graph all files as lines when they were created colour of line at a point represents the quality of the code using a given metric (picture for this on my phone)

I think I'll need to generate data for each commit where each file is an entry (as required by the force directed graph) Then for each commit you can continue the line for the file if it still exists in the array. not sure how to deal with colouring though.
