CloudWatch Events are generated in us-west-2 for Network Manager Global Events. These events include events for VPCs registering and deregistering with the Transit Gateway. These events could be used to trigger functions that interrogate the tags of the TransitGatewayAttachment and determine how to configure association and propagation for it
