Modify file paths of interactionsTimelapse function #1

Need to modify the file path of the interactionsTimelapse function to not depend on setting the working directory to the proper location.

This was fixed in v0.0.0.4. A new input was added for an in.dir that tells R where to go look for the images and where to save the Interactions folder/subfolders.
