Allow exclusion of folders from movePictures #7

Allow user to choose to exclude certain species (e.g., ghost) from moving to sorted folders.

Fixed in v0.0.0.7.

A new option is added to the input of exclude to allow users to specify which Species they wish to not be "sorted"
