Add a print output in the pblapply function to add an output that states which camera it is is on when it is running exiftool and renaming

Add progress line to the renaming section of cameraRename3.

Could do this by modifying the pblapply function to run on the which() statement to produce an index number and use this for better output of completion progress.

Added progress line to renaming. The function will tell you if it skips a folder
