Allow players to add new games #4

Add a /add route to add new games.

Form will contain the following:

Stocks defined for the game (dropdown list)
Player 1 name (dropdown list)
Player 1 score (kills) (dropdown list)
Player 1 character (dropdown list)
Player 2 name (dropdown list)
Player 2 score (kills) (dropdown list)
Player 2 character (dropdown list)
Recaptcha checker
An additional text field for added bot prevention

Entries will be stored in the DB with an approved flag and will be manually approved.
