Currently, an exported article will have relative links to other articles (so ../article will turn into a link to article.pdf). This is nice if we export all articles as PDF as navigation will work, but on the other hand it means that individual file download will result in most of these relative links being useless.
Thus, it would make sense to support two export modes:
