Add Ton Connect Support into Kotlin/Java #46

I'm looking to integrate 'Ton Connect' into my wallet, but I've hit a roadblock as there's no existing library for it. Could you offer some guidance or assistance on this?

My wallet's browser supports opening dapps, and clicking 'Connect Wallet' triggers the Ton Connect Modal. I aim to enable user authentication and transaction signing functionalities through this integration.

If there's no library available in Kotlin or Java, how can I go about implementing this? Your insights would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve integrated Ton in the entire wallet, but I’m really disappointed because Ton Connect doesn’t have a library for Java or Kotlin. This feature is crucial, and I’m at a loss about what to do next.

It seems like no one is porting it to Java or Kotlin.
