This PR adds integration for the TonConnect UI Vue library, allowing seamless integration of TonConnect UI components into Vue.js applications. It includes the setup instructions for creating a TonConnectUIProvider in main.ts and usage examples for the TonConnectButton component. This update enhances the application's ability to connect with TonConnect UI, providing a streamlined user experience for managing TonConnect connections.
