chore: bumps tact compiler version (and fix build) #134

Hey. This is a rather simple update to bump tact compiler version. I'm not sure how to make sure this upgrade doesn't break anything from the integration perspective though. Any advice ?

also fixed the build error (already addressed in #131, but I wanted this PR to pass all checks 😅) Not sure it's a good idea however, as accepting this PR would conflict with the other one.

I can rebase accordingly; no worries. Just need to get either of our PRs in first. 😆

Did a little bit of testing, and it seems like 1.4.0 introduced an issue It is fixed but not released yet. In the meantime, not sure in that case my PR should be accepted : for instance, Jetton contracts from Ton Dynasty won't compile anymore.
