@IgorShadurin, we're not closing this footstep, but we can't introduce it to operation yet either. For now, there's no need for these videos unless they start to rapidly advance.
When possible, we will resume this step and alter its content.

Summary
This proposal seeks to create a series of 21 video tutorials focused on the TON Ecosystem, primarily targeting non-developer individuals unfamiliar with blockchain and TON. As an experienced Full Stack Web3 developer and tutorial creator, I plan to produce educational content that is easily digestible for this target audience, improving overall understanding and user onboarding to TON.
Step-by-step video tutorials are in high demand among people. For example, tutorials on using Metamask garner hundreds of thousands of views. And this is despite the fact that the product has been on the market for many years. For new products, such tutorials are even more necessary, as new products bring about the chicken-and-egg dilemma. Until there are many users - there are no tutorials, and until there are tutorials - there are not many users. To solve this dilemma, I propose creating a series of video tutorials.
Context
TON is a powerful, emerging ecosystem in the crypto space. However, its full potential can only be unlocked if a larger community understands and engages with it. To date, most educational content is directed towards developers and tech-savvy users, leaving a gap in the market for content aimed at non-technical users. By producing content tailored to this audience, we can stimulate wider adoption and usability of TON.

Definition of Done
The proposal implementation will be considered in progress as each video tutorial is produced, uploaded to the designated YouTube channel, and made accessible to the public. Payment will be distributed on a per-video basis, once each video is successfully completed and published. The proposal will be regarded as entirely complete when all 21 video tutorials have been produced and met the outlined success metrics.
Reward
The proposed reward for the completion of each video tutorial is $1500 in TON coins. Given the scope of the project (21 videos), the total compensation would amount to $31,500 in TON coins. This reward is based on the effort and expertise required to produce high-quality video tutorials, including research, video production, post-production, and subtitling in multiple languages.
Please note that this proposal is open to modifications based on feedback from the community and changes in the TON Ecosystem. I'm eager to contribute to the TON community and help newcomers navigate the ecosystem with ease and confidence.
Total: $31,500
