Summary

OpenBuild and ScaleBit team propose to create a series of educational videos about the TON ecosystem & Tact language development in Chinese. Our goal is to educate more people about TON Ecosystem and increase the number of developers, let more developers dive into TON Ecoststem, and develop products. This proposal contains examples of videos and docs.

Context

Currently, there are no excellent development tutorials aimed at Chinese developers, but there is a large number of developers in China who are very interested in the TON ecosystem and have the ability to develop excellent products.

We also think Tact is TON's next big breakthrough. Therefore, we hope to let these developers understand the TON ecosystem through a systematic tutorial and guide them on how to develop a product based on Tact.

Finally, we aim to lead everyone to develop their own products, such as games, tools, etc., through an online Hackathon format.

Learning goals

Goals:

For developers to learn and understand:

  1. The goals of TON and recent ecological advances
  2. Learn how to develop in Tact language
  3. Developing a game demo based on the Tact language.
  4. Security practices for Tact language development
  5. how to participate and contribute to the TON Chinese developer community.

Our output goals:

  1. 6 video tutorials and 6 documentation tutorials
  2. Create a vibrant TON Chinese developer community.
  3. more than 100 people learning, and at least 20 developers contributing

Current Course Catalog:

  1. TON & Tact Introduction
  2. Tact Grammar Overview
  3. Introduction to the FT standard and practice
  4. Introduction to the NFT standard and practice
  5. Tact game practice
  6. Tact Security Practices

Each course corresponds to a video lesson, about 1 hour long, and is accompanied by corresponding Chinese development documentation.

Current progress: https://openbuild.xyz/learn/challenges/2023609337

Currently, nearly 100 developers have enrolled for the course, and nearly 500 developers have joined the community.

@SwiftAdviser @howardpen9 Hi, Thanks for your support! We completed the boot camp and operating a developer group now, here is the report: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iw4GHYzEyYBNMoN2bToli199X7bLeG6W2m6jfSwO_Gc/edit?usp=sharing

Do we need to provide any docs for the next steps, such as acceptance of results and grant issuance?
