Add to Tact-by-Example ability to localization.

@Gusarich @anton-trunov, could you please tell if this task is on the list of yours or can it be implemented of this bounty?

This is definitely what the Tact docs of any kind need. tact-by-example is not currently actively worked on by the Tact team, so we would really appreciate some help with it.

Let me also tag @novusnota, who is currently refactoring and redesigning the Tact docs, including i18n support.

@delovoyhomie to reiterate on what @anton-trunov has said — yes, this is a great proposal, and no — this is not on the list of mine as I'm currently very busy at making Tact docs as awesome as they can get. Therefore, all and any help on tact-by-example is very appreciated!
