Update the TVM Instruction documentation including internal search functionality and distribution of new inctructions.

Distribute new TVM Instructions from the update https://docs.ton.org/learn/tvm-instructions/fee-calculation-instructions across the corresponding sections of the TVM documentation. Add these instructions in (separate and archive) as well.
