feat: show comment on confirmation popup #188

Problem: comment is not visible on confirmation popup

It is useful to show comment on confirmation popup in many cases. For example: when user uses wallet as an extension and makes a payment clicking upon a button on a website, but payment requires specific comment to be passed, it is good to show the comment for the user.
