Ton coin transfer problem #65

Hello I've sent 33 ton coins to FTX, however nothing has reached to my wallet. How can I get my coins in the ftx wallet or refund my 33 ton coins?

I have not received my transfer yet.

@littleminers You add wrong comment. You should use "Memo" field as comment not ERC-20 address. Ask FTX support to help

Please let me know how to find txid on the wallet? FTX is asking txid...

Hi

Actually found my transfer on ton.cx address and I took screenshot of all details. I also gave the link to them. There is also shown my wallet details. I sent all to FTX and they solved the problem. I got my ton coins back. There is no problem right now.

thanks, i did same thing. forgot to add memo. I send mail 3 hours ago and waiting for replay.

:)) If you tell me at the beginning I would give you more details.

Create a new category at crypto deposit issue. Fill the details. take a screenshot of your wallet,with-draw on telegram, ton.cx details, and find your transfer on the main list on ton.cx. Send all to ftx. They will amend it within 48 hours.

But don't write FTX Global on telegram. Many people will be disturbing you to solve the problem. they are fake. If they don't revert you within 48 hours, text them with your ticket address on telegram which is your own language
