The transfer did not reach the exchange. #83

The transfer transaction I made is not visible on the stock market. I contacted the stock market. they said the process is due to TON can you help me?

it looks like a ton is not taken out of the account. but it doesn't show up in my account either.

@lekesiz As far as I see no comment was provided. You need to contact OKX support

@D2Phoenix thanks. I contacted OKX support. Answer : "We can't follow it anymore as it's not coming to OKX. Therefore, for further assistance, please contact the customer support of the sending platform."
