Can not send to OKX #90

I try to send to OCX toncoin wallet. When I put the address and coment , after I push send the wallet is color RED Same happens also from my mobile TONWALLET the adres is becoming RED ( I scaned the address with QR code so addres is correct)

Issue is there since 2 weeks + never received any answer my ton wallet is virtually dead

check the address

at the end of address there is something like :123456 -> use only first 48 letters

I use only 48 characters see the screen shoot Numers after :123456 is the TAG

I already did it this way and if it was possible only that more than an hour has passed and the dunero is still in the wallet and it is not transferred what will be happening
