Transaction issue #154

I have sent tongue coin from my kucoin account to my wallet the transaction is confirmed on the ton scan but it's not deposited to the wallet I tried to contact the support team but nobody answers I try to refresh it many times it's not working the money is still not in my wallet can anybody help
