Popular tab should have a time period option #247

If I click popular I should be able to specify a time period, e.g. today, this week, this month, this year, all time.

Maybe have the periods of time be more adjustable and dynamic, this is just a general idea. The All Time one could become its own tab and the rest could go under "Hottest" too, just throwing ideas around.

Button could work like the "All" button on the right currently does with the arrows
