@DominikHerold let's leave out adding support for VS for now. This project currently uses the project.json .NET Core tooling and will soon be migrated to the csproj version. However, I like the some of the re-factorings you did and if you remove the VS project files I can get started with the code review. Thanks!
Okay, sorry. I just did the convertion to VS2012, because I need it for my project. Maybe I will try the refactorings later without VS2012 if I have enough time.
