(BUG) #1038

In short everything was working fine for a long time until I started receiving the below error on a daily basis. Once this occurs echo speaks stops working and will only work after rebooting or repairing the echo speaks app. I event went to the extent of updating the server app etc.. but that didn't help.. but this will just occur again on the following day.. its driving me nuts :), hopefully someone can assist me.. on another note this may somehow relate to the use of of the VoiceCmdToTxt function..
