Ring color as a trigger Feature Request #985

When I get an amazon delivery, I get a notification on my echo's with the ring circling in Yellow. I would love to have the ability to use this as a trigger into Hubitat so I could write a rule that detects the Echo is in 'delivery completed' and can then do an announcement on my devices.

The Ring color may be a bit overkill - maybe there is a variable I can already monitor? I was just thinking maybe there are other uses here as well but my main desire is the ability to know a delivery has been received.
