Reason for Change

The change caters to those who have made their traditional security systems smart, e.g., with the Konnected interface panel. in the interest of preserving traditional reliability. In this case, HSM does not necessarily reflect the status of the traditional security system, since HSM runs parallel to the traditional security system. Without this change, the status of the traditional security system shows up as a simple on/off switch, or as an open/close sensor, which does not fit well with the actual device type and does not allow full functionality to change the security system's status. This change allows HomeKit to reflect both HSM and a parallel/traditional security system, using the alarm device type in HomeKit (as opposed to a light bulb).

How Has This Been Tested?

I have tested the change over a number of days, with arming and disarming of my system.

I have to close out this PR because this is behind the current branch... I will merge in the changes and make sure it's included in the release I'm pushing out today
