Unable to Add Accessory - Accessory is not reachable #390

Homebridge v2.3.3 Plugin v2.3.8 Node 8.9.1

Migrating from v1 to v2, removed all traces of v1 and installed fresh from pdlove/homebridge-smartthings

config.json created based on render from SmartApp. home bridge ui loads and gives me the pairing code. However when I try to 'pair' this with the iOS Home app by adding an accessory I get the following: Unable to Add Accessory - Accessory is not reachable.

I'm assuming this is some firewall issue, but i've completely disabled and still not getting through.

Any ideas where i should start?

Solved - installed windows-build-tools and restarted the HB install process
