Add ability to create additional directories during saving #888

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a new pdf that is not yet in the library
2. Close the viewer
3. Select save and close

What is the expected output?
Not onl to be able to navigate but also 
To be able to create a new directory (shelf) within that library

What do you see instead?
Possibility to navigate through existing directories

What version of the product are you using?
2.1.14

On what operating system?
Android

What device are you using?
Smansun nexus 10
