重現網頁：https://www.ithome.com/0/652/288.htm 已經在Firefox和Edge測試過，都會有此問題

在辭典 https://github.com/tongwentang/tongwen-dict/blob/4fc7ca85d869782da2dd8196eae2fb8c1aa77b40/src/word/general.s2t.ts#L1110 上有查到對應的轉換，判斷可能是插件問題所以在這邊發issue
