Get self monitoring grafana dashboards for older collector versions #533

What SnmpCollector version are you using? 0.8.0
What OS are you running snmpcollector on? docker
What did you do? I'm running an older version of the collector and enabled the self monitoring in the config.
What was the expected result? Take a look on the stored influxdb metrics through grafana
What happened instead? Latest dashboards from the wiki aren't working with < V12.0

Hi everyone, is there a possibility to get older self monitoring dashboards? The link in the wiki is only working on version SNMPCollector: 0.12.0+
