Cant find launch app?

Describe your system:
 - Operating System (be specific): Windows 8 64bit
 - Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit): 64bit
 - Mupen64Plus version: current?
 - Plugins used: none

For visual artifacts, give:
- game name and CRC/MD5 hash (printed on console)
- description of the artifact (missing polygons, flashing, wrong colors,
etc)

Describe the problem:

I cannot figure out how to launch the program.... o.o is there more to it than 
the bundle? I see no executables aside from mupen64plus-ui-console... which 
doesnt launch.

Please provide any additional information below.

Please start it from a shell (cmd for example). It is a console interface and 
not a gui. Please use a project which provides a GUI in case you need it. An 
example is wxmupen64plus [1]
