Mupen64 not opening

I have a problem. I've been playing it for quite sometime, but now, Every time 
I open it up, the bottom icon screen says it did, but the screen isn't up! What 
should I do?

- Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit):
- Mupen64Plus version:
- Plugins used:

For visual artifacts, give:
- game name and CRC/MD5 hash (printed on console)
- description of the artifact (missing polygons, flashing, wrong colors,
etc)

Sorry, but this bug report has no information at all. We cannot help you that 
way. At least give us console output and the version (and source were you got 
it). And what is the "bottom icon screen"?

Sorry, been busy in the last few days What I meant was the sidebar icons on the 
bottom of the screen.

When you run the program, it will print a lot of text. And this text is the 
stuff which I named "console output"
