Some important changes #17

Hello. I've done this simple edit just to make it clear how the bucket have to be set. I hope to help people facing the issue #11 S3: No connection to backend

I also merged a change from sashman's fork in order to be able to use an environment varible to set the BART's install path

And the last change is intended to fix the issue #2
