Updates for Handcash Lookup #22

Rewrote the promise in handcash.lookup(), working on first-load issue
Implemented a storage layer with expiration (for handcash)
Fixed the logic for loading the iframe/bitsocket
Renamed unit-id to tonic-id as needed (starting refactor)
Fixed a bug in the data-handcash logic
