Feature: Provide API to get an existing entry of the tonies.custom.json #178

For editing existing Entries in the tonies.custom.json I need an API endpoint which returns the complete information of a single model entry in the tonies.custom.json after passing the article. If no model to a passed article number available, then return a error.
