Change "Prioritize custom content" default #208

The option "Prioritize custom content" interferes with the "Update content on lower audio id" option, as it blocks the update of the a tag that has custom content on it and should be overwritten by original content.

Are these settings still necessary if the library is used? (Src=lib://…)
