Improves game loading (especially multiplayer), resolves #337
Map is now abstracted and entity based (key benefits in multiplayer, being like the other, well, entities and more fine grained listening of changes -> Mana calculator as an example)
I still left the old listeners in place (onTileChange, onBuild, onSold), maybe should get rid of these at some point
The actual map view could now also perhaps better evaluate does anything need to be redrawn
Tile having the flash & selected should be perhaps moved to the IMapInformation and only communicated via the basic events, even maybe one sided that client just informs the server and that is that. Both store it separately. And if a game is loaded, this data is passed to the correct player...
