[Feature Request] Freeze Transferences Only On First Startup #369

Hello, I do like the feature to freeze downloads from starting, But I'm noticing that it continuously freezes new items that are added.

I think it might be convenient to have an option to freeze transferences only at first startup to not have to click unfreeze when the queue reaches the newly added items.
