Application hangs after changing setting and hitting SAVE #426

Not sure if anyone has noticed this, but if you have few files added to download queue and try to change any setting (in my case mostly number of parallel downloads or smart proxy setting), the application hangs and I have to kill it using Task Manager. This doesn't happen if there are no files in download queue.

I'm using windows portable version "MegaBasterdWINDOWS_7.50_portable.zip" but had same issues with previous versions.
