Is it true this is just a downloader & does not attempt to bypass download limits?

I seem to recall hearing that somewhere but can't find it written in the info page is that true or am I just making that up & bypassing those limits is exactly something this is useful for?

You could add proxies and bypass it however finding the proxies is up to us.

I have to say, proxy has never worked for me 😔
