If a download fails (particularly if it's a -16 error), there's minimal fanfare about it. If I queue up say 10 downloads, they all finish and I add another 10 (one of which is a bad link (removed or deleted) that doesn't outright result in a mega link error when attempting to add it), it will show at the top of the completion list. In this case, that's smack bang in the middle of everything else.
If you don't regularly go through when mass adding links, it is difficult to figure out what the link was for, and virtually impossible without going through and manually comparing what's in the list vs what you queued up. If this form of failed download were automatically teleported to the top of the list, it would make it much easier to immediately figure out which link is broken.
