I have added megabasterd shortcut to the .bat file but the icon was the batch file default windows icon which doesn't look good so i turned the pica_roja_big.png into an .ico file and added it to the shortcut and now it looks good just like the megabasterd tray icon. I would suggest to add an icon to the megabasterd .bat file in a future update so that this is done by default.
