I need to step down from 24vdc to 9vdc, then if I take a 1.3K resistor as R1, applying R2 = R1 * (vout / vref - 1) then,
R2 = R1 * (vout / vref - 1)
R2 = 1300ohm * (9v / 1.23v - 1)
R2 = 1300ohm * 6,3170731707
R2 = 8.212
