fp debugger command doesn't work #116

Subj. After entering command like "fp "program.exe"", debugger window should be closed, but it isn't. And every following commands cannot be entered without debugger closing.

Then, debugger cannot be stopped at program.exe entry.

It doesn't work in Amiga 500, 1.3 ROM, but works in AROS.

I didn't implement that feature and I also have never used it either but I'll check it..
