Audio filter state is not restored when loading a savestate #273

Or maybe it's not even saved into the savestate.

Noticed this on WinUAE 5.1.0 with with Tass Times in Tonetown IPF image + A500 / Kickstart 1.2 Quickstart config, but probably it's a generic bug.
