Remove obsolete Zynga/Jukebox support #63

Jukebox isn't freely available anymore and has been abandoned by Zynga, thus it might make sense to remove support for it.

PixiJS is compatible with the Jukebox format - at least the .soundsprite key, so would like to keep it (or add a pixi replacement).
