ld: fix xx-ld-shas generation #148

with handling of provenance introduced in https://github.com/tonistiigi/xx/pull/141/commits/419673703f90a6495fef15bd2c97498886685e85 we need to only iterate on tarballs when generating xx-ld-shas.
