Reproduction steps

I did swap my Dogs tokens in tonkeeper to get Toncoin but nothing happend and also lost all my Dogs Tokens. I don’t know what is wrong is it because of transaction speed? You can see my dogs deposit in wallet but no withdrawal in history and I dont have my assets. Please help

Actual result

It just said confirm transaction and scanned my face id

Expected result

I need my dogs back or at least my toncoins.
